The user’s interest in the games and remaining services is of a mere personal nature. Any professional interest is discarded. CasinoJoker.com will solely be used for personal entertainment purposes. It is completely prohibited to use CasinoJoker.com for other purposes.

CasinoJoker.com reserves the right to prevent any user from using CasinoJoker.com’s services at any time, without prior notice to users breaching the present Terms and Conditions, or those defined for each game or specified in any other section within CasinoJoker.com.

Legal Age

In order to be entitled to participate in any of the products offered by CasinoJoker.com it is essential to be of legal age, as stipulated in the user’s jurisdiction of residence. Minors below the age of 18 years will in no case be permitted to use any of the products offered by CasinoJoker.com. The play by minors is strictly prohibited, not even using the account of a registered user (of legal age).

Legality

The user expressly states to acknowledge and understand the legality of his place of residence regarding remote gaming, thus declaring that his participation in the games offered by CasinoJoker.com is not being limited or prohibited by the qualified government.

Access keys

Once the user has accomplished his/her registration at CasinoJoker.com, it will be the user’s sole responsibility to use the access keys diligently. The user is strictly prohibited to allow any third party to use his/her account. CasinoJoker.com will in no case be liable for the use of the user’s account by any third party.

Intelectual Property

With regards to intelectual property rights, CasinoJoker.com states and guarantees:

  • The rightful ownership of the intellectual property rights by CasinoJoker.com and/or his licensors.
  • That the licensed rights are free of any complaint, claim, burden, obligation, that its advertising is free of defamation or calumny to any person, company, association and that it does not breach any intellectual property rights or any other exclusive right owned by a third party.
  • The player acknowledges that CasinoJoker.com is a commercial name and trademark, ownership of the Company. The player has no right upon the trademarks, upon the commercial name, nor on any denomination, graphics, texts, concepts or methodology used, property of CasinoJoker.com.
  • The user is strictly prohibited to cease, copy, distribute and redistribute the intellectual property rights ownership of CasinoJoker.com and/or its licensors. The only intellectual rights granted to the user are those inherent to the use of CasinoJoker.com, thus prohibiting any commercial use.

Responsibilities and Guarantees

NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. and the remaining companies of the group do not guarantee:

  1. The absence of errors or failure in the software or in the content offered on the site;
  2. The absence of virus and/or any other sort of harmful elements either on the site or on the servers responsible of its maintainance;
  3. Complete safety regarding the security measures applied on the site.

Hence, NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. and the remaining companies of the group shall not be responsible of any circumstance expressed in the previous paragraph. Additionally, it will not be responsible for any damage or harm caused to users or third parties, for any reason that may be derived from the breach of the clauses stated:

  1. in the current general terms and conditions
  2. in the conditions defined for any game.

Independently from the stated above, NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. declares that it has implemented all necessary measures within its own technological reach in order to guarantee the functioning of CasinoJoker.com and avoid the existence and transmission of virus and any other harmful components to users.

The user releases NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. as well as the remaining companies of the group, employees, directors, license holders, affiliates, advertising agencies, service providers, from any responsibility, and commits to compensate them for any costs, responsibilities and damage that may be derived from the user’s action or omission within the relationship with CasinoJoker.com.

In no case will NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. be held responsible for results that may be derived from system or communication errors during the activity of any of the games or of any of the remaining services offered on CasinoJoker.com, thus withholding the right to cancel the bets that have been affected by said errors at any time.

Miscellaneous

The user shall not request multiple withdrawal requests and their corresponding redemption flowbacks with the aim of profiting from the credit of additional bonuses. Should CasinoJoker.com find out any user abuses from the system by undertaking this sort of action, the user’s balance will be adjusted by removing the cash that has been converted from bonuses.

In the event of a discrepancy between the game variation as it is recorded in CasinoJoker.com's database, and that recorded by the user, the calls recorded in the CasinoJoker.com's game server will be considered valid.

A purchase will be void if for any reason payment is not received by CasinoJoker.com or if there is an applicable charge-back at a later date. CasinoJoker.com reserves the right to limit any user’s participation in a game, particularly in the event that a purchase is rendered void.

CasinoJoker.com constantly looks into any user’s abuse or strange behaviour. CasinoJoker.com reserves the right to refuse or rescind the bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, user abuse.

In case of abuse, CasinoJoker.com reserves the right to discontinue user’s membership and to prevent the user from accessing CasinoJoker.com in the future. CasinoJoker.com, at its sole discretion, may withhold or delay any payment to any user should the user have provided with false or misleading information, is found to have violated any policy rule, or if for any reason the user account is not maintained in good standing which may render any purchase or subsequent winnings void. This may also include any game which may requires further investigation if warranted due to any system malfunction in which case we will be under no obligation to pay users who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.

The user shall not create multiple accounts in general and/or referring those accounts one to another with the aim to be credited additional referral bonuses. Should CasinoJoker.com find out any user abuses from the system by undertaking this sort of action, the user’s balance will be adjusted by removing the cash that has been converted from bonuses.

The company is entitled to remove any bonuses from the users’ accounts that:

  1. have been inactive during at least 15 days,
  2. requested to be closed by the client or
  3. in case of a user’s abusive behaviour.
